Production Manager - Window Replacement

Job Description

Quality Window & Door is seeking project/production manager to manage jobs from start to finish. Experience in window replacement/remodeling a must. This position is located in Beltsville, MD.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Meet with customers to review scope of work and contract documents

  • Provide accurate measurements for ordering windows and doors from various manufacturers

  • Order and assemble miscellaneous material packages for replacement jobs

  • Maintain basic inventory of trim, caulk and coil stock

  • Schedule jobs for installation with customers

  • Manage and schedule replacement crews

  • Perform on site quality checks

  • Mediate and resolve customer complaints

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality control

  • Provide minor warranty service

Required Qualifications

You should have some knowledge of general building and remodeling which includes:

  • Wall construction and framing

  • Interior trim and exterior trim

  • Metal capping

  • Window and door installation methods (this is a plus, training can be provided)

  • Window and door flashing methods (this is a plus, training can be provided)

Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
