Translate high level marketing strategy into day to day action. Build a team of store manager and equip them with skill to hire and train staff poised to deliver the best possible customer experience. Use regular meeting with store manager to discuss day to day operation, as well as upcoming store event, promotion and training. Keep store performance scorecard tracking area; operational compliance, team dynamics, store appearance, customer satisfaction, and a rolling list of improvement areas. Pinpoint performance gaps, address them with a sense of urgency, and escalate serious issues when appropriate. Identify gap in operation compliance and procedure, and provide on the spot coaching to GMs.
At least three years of multi unit store management experience. Advanced personnel training, coaching and development skills. Track record of high personal performance. Stellar interpersonal skills. Demonstrated financial results in sales and multi store management. Strong knowledge of common business applications like web browsers, outlook, excel, word, and powerpoint, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
