Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls, live chats, email, portal ticket and other channels as necessary from Vocus clients
Answer client questions and provide how-to help within the Vocus application to aide clients in completing daily PR tasks
Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose errors within the Vocus application
Work with IE and Firefox Browser settings to optimize user's experience
Demonstrate ownership and ability to follow case issues to resolution and client satisfaction
Handle a case load of approximately 25 new issues per day
Shift: M-F 11-8pm
Qualifications:
Superior customer service skills
Proven reliability
Proven ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
Experience supporting customers in a SAAS environment valued but not required
Excellent communication skills
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
SQL - valued, not required, Microsoft Office
