Associate Recruiter Description Vocus has an expansion opening for an enthusiastic, competitive, personable team player to join our successful recruiting team. As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of key positions in our corporate headquarters. The right individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and posses the ability to creatively solve problems and think on their feet. The Associate Recruiter will have superior communication skills combined with the ability to work with a large audience including executives, department leads, and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
Support the strategic direction and growth objectives of Vocus
Build sales teams and support all departments within Vocus
Partner with hiring managers to develop, implement and execute recruiting initiatives
Creatively source candidates in a variety of methods including social media
Prospect, screen, interview, and follow up with candidates during the interview process
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, complete reference checks
Define position benchmarks, job competencies and candidate's profiles in collaboration with hiring managers
Assist hiring managers in candidate assessment, gauge interest, negotiate and close candidates
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
1-2 years of recruiting full time, salaried employees in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting for Sales professionals a plus
Ability to handle multiple openings with tight deadlines
Proven success identifying Top Talent with high close rate
Personable, competitive, tenacious
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
