As a Production Supervisor you will oversee the entire home-building process and effectively learn how to manage a new construction job site. You will be responsible for overseeing construction, quality control, and budget management. You will also interface with Sales & Marketing Representatives and customers to work through construction related issues and address customer questions.
Duties include all day-to-day aspects of the construction process, such as:
Scheduling and supervising subcontractors
Conducting quality control inspections
Ordering materials and supplies
Managing on-site assets
Interfacing with sales team and customers
TRAINING
As an entry level on-site management trainee, you will receive extensive training in both managerial skills and the NVR construction process, through both classroom instruction and field experience.
Qualifications:
No previous construction experience required
Four-year degree preferred
Leadership experience
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Current Driver's License
