The HR Coordinator assists in updates HR systems, schedules, staffing (onboarding/offboarding), and communications for 250
employees across 2 stations.
Coordinating with MBB's employees is central to the successful daily operations and achieving company objectives.
This role reports directly to the HR Manager and will work collaboratively with the entire management team to manage the daily HR operations on a part-time basis three days per week to include Saturday and Sunday.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Review punch in and out times for accuracy.
Review and approve requests for timesheet changes to reflect correct hours.
Update and monitor attendance and performance.
Adjust employee profiles such as Employee Status, Pay Rates, and Benefit enrollments.
Communicate and manage employee schedule questions, requests, and changes.
Attend and host on-site interviews.
Onboard new candidates into several Amazon and MBB systems and processes.
Gather and file documents required for employee record keeping.
Offboard employees from several Amazon and MBB systems and processes.
Requirements for this job include, but are not limited to:
1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
A degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations effectively.
Represent the company in a professional, positive, and polite manner.
Foster a culture of respect for company policies, standards of conduct, and professionalism.
