We are looking for a qualified HVAC Maintenance Technician 2 who can provide excellent customer service as well as learn and grow with our CroppMetcalfe family.
Job
Responsibilities:
Perform heating and cooling maintenance inspections Must have basic refrigeration cycle knowledge Must be able to replace contractors, capacitors, and HIS's Must be able to replace circuit boards, motors, inducer assembly, and relays Ability to diagnose job and request and additional materials if necessary Must be able to explain and install all service accessories Uses power tools, smart phones and tablets Document work by processing invoices on each job Maintain and practice company safety policies and procedures Qualifications & Competencies:
Ability to learn and grow Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers Outstanding communication skills Must have a clean driving record Must pass a background check and drug screen test
