We are looking for someone who is organizational oreintated to assist with organization and/or maintainace of complex client records, as the firm switches from hard copies to digital storage.
Requirements:
Administrative experience in law firm setting.
(Preferred) High school or equivalent (Preferred) Personal Computer/Laptop (Required) COVID -19 Vaccination / approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
Attend to the front desk, answer phones, or take messages.
Responsible for scanning, filing, and other activities necessary for current record keeping.
Responsible for scanning, filing, and other activities necessary for record keeping previous client files.
Administrative support functions including filing, scanning, correspondence management, phone handling etc.
Compliance with all Company policies and procedures regarding client's files and privileged and/or confidential information.
Compliance with all Company policies regarding medical information sharing and confidentiality.
Administrative calendar management.
Calendar management includes scheduling appointments, creating appointments etc.
Job Types:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
