Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound Spanish and English calls Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Process customer refund requests Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule Enter service calls and dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location Maintain customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information.
Work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints and scheduling service calls.

Qualifications:
Bilingual skills (Must be fluent in English and Spanish) Prior call center experience preferred Geographical knowledge of service area Proficient computer skills Ability to multi-task and stay calm within a fast paced environment Advanced customer service skills High School diploma or equivalent Ability to pass pre-employment background check Job Type:
